A free trial? Yes, please! When you come in for your trial, you will be shown how to use our Easy Tone Shapemaster machines. One of our friendly and experienced team will walk you through the circuit, introducing you to the various circuit options available and talk about any health concerns you may have. Our members are all shapes, ages, and sizes... Of enormous benefit for people who may have difficulty getting up and off the tables, is our separate chair machine circuit. Maybe you have persistent lower back pain or have undergone back surgery, have weak knees or other operative issues with your body. While we encourage everyone of all ages and fitness levels to come and experience the benefits of our body shaping circuit, we are particularly aware of the powerful therapeutic benefits for everyone who has a physical challenge in their body. Fit and healthy, or wanting to be fit and healthy individuals will see incredible results from using the 1-hour long circuit. By the time you have completed the circuit, you will have exercised every muscle in your body!
